Pleated Pastel

Pastels! I'm in love with this skirt (Plato's Closet find in Nevada!) & you can barley tell, but the tank has tiny little black polka dots for more than meets the eye. The light pink heels are simple and almost neutral to serve justice to many outfit combos.

The white tights aren't the most flattering on my legs (below) but they work out for a top-matching light color palette, no? Keep on rockin' pastels and happy springtime :)

Fashion in the Skies

Galaxy Trends  Galore

Yes, that's right - galaxy print is everywhere. This will make me sound like a hipster x2, but I've always loved astronomy and space prints within fashion. Now that it's a trend, it is indeed everywhere. That's fine and fresh and all, but if you can, try to find something at least a little retro, or make your own galaxy-inspirited clothes! See below for inspiration! 

Today I lucked out and found this 90's galaxy print dress on etsy.com. It was only $30 and is loose-fitting, flow-y and gorgeous for any summer night, no matter what year! (Trends may fade, but as long as you like it, keep with it! It's your style that counts, not what's "in" or not!)

There are so many options!

If you're into the galaxy theme but not on your clothes, how about putting the galaxy into a jar!? That's right. This girl will show you how it's done.  

If this is still too overwhelming, maybe just looking at a picture of a galaxy will do.
